Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our distribution center for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
